All orders received during normal business hours; Monday to Friday, are processed for shipment within 24 hours. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Please note that all orders received after 2pm (GMT+2) on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday. Once your order has been shipped a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the Shipping email.

Import taxes and duties

If you live in a non-EU country, please check your local import taxes and duties. Ciro Flores does not cover these import taxes and duties.

Cancelling your order

If you are based in the EU, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 working days from the day after you received you order.

We will issue you with a full refund excluding the return shipping costs. Please secure proper packaging for shipping, as it is your responsibility that your order reaches us in good condition. We recommend retaining a proof of shipment from your postal service in case of disputes. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
