The Names Behind the Brand
GASPARD
Ciro was Gaspard’s first name when I adopted him at just 60 days old. He inspired the name, the logo and the heart of the brand.
AMÈLIE
Flora was Amèlie’s first name when I adopted her. She became the “Flores” in Ciro Flores—and Gaspard’s perfect counterpart.

The Story Behind Ciro Flores
Ciro Flores was born in Milan from a simple idea: everyday pieces should feel distinctive, last beautifully and carry meaning. Founder Greta Acquaviva wanted to create a clean, timeless label with an unmistakable point of view—and a purpose beyond fashion.
The name is a love letter to two French bulldogs. Gaspard’s original name was Ciro; Amèlie’s was Flora. Together, they became Ciro Flores. Gaspard also inspired the hand-drawn Frenchie logo, the same symbol Greta keeps tattooed close to her heart. The name and logo were registered with the Milano Chamber of Commerce in June 2020.
After three years of research into organic cottons, responsible production and the right silhouettes, Ciro Flores came to life: Milan off-duty style with playful details, premium materials and pieces made to stay in your wardrobe. Because the best clothes do more than follow a season—they collect stories.
